Cross-Tab Analysis
With Mineful you can create cross-tabs or pivot tables online for your surveys or web forms. Choose 2 multiple choice questions and your metric of choice (count, percent, or row percent). A cross-tab analysis is a great way to see how the answers to one question affect another. Cross tabs are frequently used because:
- It is an easy way to understand the interaction between two questions.
- They are simple to conduct.
- The output graph can provide greater insight than single statistic.
Cross Tab Metric
Mineful allows you to select one of three metric when executing the cross-tab analysis. We'll explain each via an example of a customer satisfaction survey.
- Count: The number of respondents that bought product A and were satisfied.
- Percent: The percent of all respondents that bought product A and were satisfied.
- Row Percent: Of those that bought product A, what percent were satisfied.
