With Mineful you can create crosstabs or pivot tables for any data. Choose 2 multiple choice questions and your metric of choice (count, percent, or row percent). A crosstab report is a great way to see how the answers to one question affect another. The output can be in horizontal or vertical bar charts and table. Here is a cross tabulation of overall satisfaction by gender while controlling for gender.

Mineful allows you to select one of three metrisc when executing the crosstab report. We'll explain each via an example of a customer satisfaction survey.

• Count: The number of respondents that bought product A and were satisfied.
• Percent: The percent of all respondents that bought product A and were satisfied.
• Row Percent: Of those that bought product A, what percent were satisfied.
