The question score analysis is simply a weighted average for a multiple-choice question. You can assign choice weights and the question score analysis uses the weights to compute an average of the responses. One can select up to 5 questions and see the question score for each of the questions. Download this spreadsheet to get more details about its calculation. Optionally, one can add a group variables and compare how question scores vary by segments. See example output below:
