How long does the FREE version last?
As long as you want. Instead of giving you a 30-day trial, we let you use our free, feature-packed version as long as you want.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Simply go to your account settings and you'll see your options.
What browsers do you support?
You need a modern web browser with JavaScript and Adobe Flash enabled. We officially support Firefox (version 3 and higher), Internet Explorer (version 7 and 8), Safari 4.0, and Google Chrome. We do not support Internet Explorer 5 or 6.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Mineful is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts, hidden costs, or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel or downgrade to the free version, you'll be billed for the current month, but you wont be billed again.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Amex, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard). Payment is made online and your account will be upgraded immediately after.
