All of your communications and data transfers in Mineful are encrypted using industry standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
Intrusion Prevention
McAfee tests our network every day to ensure there are no vulnerabilities and that our network and applications are secure. Mineful is PCI Compliant. Click on the seal below to verify.
Physical Security
Physical servers are in a Tier 3 (SAS70 Compliant) secured data center. Only authorized personnel have access to the servers. Firewalls protect from unauthorized access to our network.
Role Based Security
With role based security you can decide who has access to which features inside Mineful. We allow you to control who can create artificats, publish them, and modify them.
Backups
Nightly backups are performed on the data allowing us to audit data changes over time. An event log is kept of when users log in, log out, and what actions they take while using Mineful. This excellent for audit purposes.
Data Separation
Each company account in Mineful is stored in a separate database. This means your data is not mixed with other companies. Only users in your account are allowed to access your data.
Anti Spam Policy
We take spam very seriously. We all hate unwanted emails. For this reason we include an opt out link in all email communications sent by Mineful. So if you or a user in your company sends an email to someone that doesn't want to receive it, they can opt out from future email communications.
