How can I upload a list of survey takers?
You can send a survey to the customers you've already uploaded via an Excel spreadsheet, from your shopping cart, or through the API.
If you have not uploaded customers, go to Customer Data and upload your customers/respondents there. See instructions on how to upload contacts here.
In Surveys, go to Publish for the survey you want to send.
Then click on Send to my Customers. Select the data source you want to use to send the survey and Save.
How can I add more survey takers?
Add another data source on Customer Data link at the top of the page after logged into Mineful.
