You have the option to get started by signing up for a Free account. You can use the Free account for 14-days and can request additional time to your account manager. You can upgrade to any of our monthly billing plans at any time. Your account will become inactive after 14 days. Your data is not deleted from the system until 90 days of inactivity.Automatic Billing: We will automatically charge the credit card you entered at the beginning of your billing cyle until you cancel your account.
Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle is considered the day you purchase or upgrade your account to the same day next month. For example: If you purchase or upgrade an account on July 17th, your billing cycle runs from the July 17th to August 17th.
Cancel recurring billing: You must cancel your account to prevent future billing.
How do I upgrade my Free or Paying accounts?
You should see a green button to Upgrade on the top right. You can always visit My Account and enter your payment information to upgrade.Can I downgrade my account?
Yes, anytime. Your account will be downgraded immediately and the change in your billing will be reflected on your next billing cycle.How does pricing work when upgrading the account?
When you upgrade a product from the Free version, you are billed immediately and your billing cycle starts the day you upgrade. When you upgrade from a paying product to another paying product this happens:- Your billing cycle resets to the day of upgrade,
- you are billed immediately
- the price of the upgraded product will be discounted for the unused portion of your previous payment

No, why would we do that? By upgrading you gain access to incredible features you can use with your previously created surveys or forms.How much will the software cost if I only want to use it for a single project?
You would have to pay our monthly fee for as long as you are accessing the site to develop/send/collect and perform analysis.You can then cancel your account. There are no cancellation fees and it is easy to cancel or downgrade your account! If you need our software services in the future, you can always come back and re-activate your account.
