What is included in the monthly licensing fee?
The monthly fee covers everything you will need to manage your online surveys and web forms; including the email or website distribution and tools for analyzing and reporting your results automatically in real-time.Are there any account setup or cancellation fees?

You have the option to get started by signing up for a Free account. You can use the Free account as long as you want. You can upgrade to any of our monthly billing plans at any time. Your account will remain active until you cancel it.Automatic Billing: We will automatically charge the credit card you entered at the beginning of your billing cyle until you cancel your account.
Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle is considered the day you purchase or upgrade your account to the same day next month. For example: If you purchase or upgrade an account on July 17th, your billing cycle runs from the July 17th to August 17th.
Cancel recurring billing: You must cancel your account to prevent future billing.

Can I downgrade my account?
Yes, anytime. Your account will be downgraded immediately and the change in your billing will be reflected on your next billing cycle.How does pricing work when upgrading the account?
When you upgrade a product from the Free version, you are billed immediately and your billing cycle starts the day you upgrade. When you upgrade from a paying product to another paying product this happens:- Your billing cycle resets to the day of upgrade,
- you are billed immediately
- the price of the upgraded product will be discounted for the unused portion of your previous payment
Example: Buy Workgroup account ($399) Jan 5th. Love it, need more users! Upgrade on Jan 15th to a Corporate account with 10 users ($799). Since you used your Workgroup account for only 10 days, you should only pay $133 right? That is what we think. On January 15th, you will be given a credit of $266 and will be billed $533. After that, on every billing cycle (15th of each month since billing cycle resets) you will automatically be billed the price of the Corporate account $799.
How do I cancel my license?
Downgrade to the Free version and billing will stop immediately. To completely remove your account and data, contact support @ mineful.com or call toll free 1.800.848.9317.When you downgrade to the Free version, you may no longer have access to features and product limits previously granted. You will still be able to see/export your data. If you contact us to remove the account and the account is canceled, you will no longer have access to the account or the data. We recommend exporting results before canceling your account. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for cancellations.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Amex, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard). We do not accept bank transfers. Payment is made online and your account will be upgraded immediately after your card is charged.I am currently using the Free version. If I upgrade will my data, surveys, or forms disappear?
No, why would we do that? By upgrading you gain access to incredible features you can use with your previously created surveys or forms.How much will the software cost if I only want to use it for a single project?
You would have to pay our monthly fee for as long as you are accessing the site to develop/send/collect and perform analysis.You can then cancel your account. There are no cancellation fees and it is easy to cancel or downgrade your account! If you need our software services in the future, you can always come back and re-activate your account.
