How do I brand and upload my logo into a survey?
Only Mineful Paid Subscribers can upload an image to display at the top left-hand corner of each survey page.
Click on the Surveys icon 
Survey List
Edit and choose the survey you want to edit.
Now click on the Options icon 
at the top of the page.
Click on Themes and Logos and select the Browse button to find the location of your image.
After uploading your logo, the image should display at the right hand side as shown below.
Save Ok.
