On/Off Survey Options
You can modify a set of survey options to each of the surveys you create. To access the options listed below, click on Surveys on the
desktop 
Survey List Edit and choose the survey you want
to edit.
Now click on the survey Options icon 
at the top of the page. Below is a list of options you
can turn on or off by checking each of the boxes. We will briefly explain each below:
Email Survey Responses
If you check the Notify me of new entries option, you will receive an email with survey responses to the address provided in the account.
You can change this email address under Start Settings My Account.
Allow One Submission Per User
This option can be chosen to allow only one survey submission per person. This Duplicate Entry Protection uses cookies to prevent multiple submissions. When surveys are published via a URL or embedded on a site, now you can choose this option so that when a recognized cookie tries to fill up your survey again, it will show the respondent a message saying 'This survey has already been completed, thank you for your participation'.
Allow Respondents to Print Survey with their Responses
The Allow respondent to print the survey option allows the respondent to download a PDF file of their responses at the end of the survey.
Disable the "Back" Button
This option disappears the back button link so users cannot go back to a page and edit their responses. Once this survey option is selected, respondents can only go forward on survey pages.
Create Page Progress Bar
Show an automated progress bar to tell respondents how far along they are in the survey. The progress bar shows the percentage of questions completed. For details, visit the Survey Progress Bar page.
Display Question Numbers
Hide or show question numbers at the beginning of each question. For details, see the Survey Question Number help page.
Allow user to exit Survey
Create a link on the top right hand side of the survey that allows the user to exit the survey. By default, this option is off, i.e., this link will not show.
