Jaime Brugueras, Ph.D., CEO Dr. Data (All In) Jaime earned a bachelors in Mathematics, a masters in Applied Mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Statistics and Operations Research. The Bureau of Labor Statistics, Allstate Insurance, Starcom Worldwide and others have relied on his statistical, data manipulation, and reporting skills. Jaime's passion for data goes far beyond marketing into sports, finance, and politics. If only data analysis could help improve his struggling golf game and discordant guitar play!

Jose Rubio, COO Mr. Practical (Available 24 x 7) Jose majored in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. He worked at Motorola, Stellent, and Health Care Service Corporation before founding Mineful with Dr. Data. He can remodel a bathroom or kitchen almost as good as writing complex Java code. Jose plays a lot of volleyball and once played for the Junior National Team of Puerto Rico.

Tony Nilles, VP The Professional (Results Now!) Tony received his BS in marketing from Northern Illinois University and a "college of hard knocks" MS in Business Intelligence from his years at SPSS, SAS and NAG. Tony is the consummate sales professional who puts clients first, the team second and enjoys 3rd place. Has met many new friends and fellow cyclists while "in the saddle" for the Chicago MS150 and the one of a kind experience - RAGBRAI.

Eric MacAdie, Software Developer muh-KAY-dee (Java-Powered) After earning degrees at Moo Of I at Urbana-Champaign, Eric came to Chicago. He worked for a companies large and small, doing everything from Java development and UAT to project management and training users on workflow systems. His past and current hobbies include yoga, martial arts, and driving throughout the Midwest taking pictures of county courthouses, trains and horses.
