Create a Dashboard
In this video you will learn how easy it is to create eye-catching dashboards with Mineful.
Dashboards present key performance indicators and advanced analyses in a visual and easy to understand way. Compelling graphs and charts focus attention on important trends, changes, and significant differences.
Survey Dashboards provide one consistent view of product and customer opinions. This allows decision makers to see at a glance what’s working and what needs to be changed.
How to build a survey dashboard using Mineful?
Start by clicking on the dashboards icon once logged in Mineful. Choose a layout. Add your first analysis by: choosing an analysis, inputting parameters and executing. Once a chart is created you can:
- Export chart as images
- Modify parameters
- Change chart type
- Modify colors
- Alter titles, fonts, and other settings
- Or remove analysis completely
Save your dashboard and give it a name.
You can give this page a name by double clicking on its title. You can continue to add pages or tabs to your survey dashboard by simply clicking the plus button, just like you would in your web browser.
Create as many dashboards as you want, and within each dashboard as many inter-related pages as you see fit.
Once you have finished creating your dashboard, you can share it with people within your organization. You can provide access to this dashboard to other users by going into the options.
Dashboard administrators assign full user or read only permissions. A full user can edit and make changes while the read-only user cannot. Setting permissions is done in the User Management section under your Account Settings. Here you can create new users and assign various degrees of permissions to them.
